The Expendable Assets and Assets Management Committee at Al Rahila Oil Services Company announces to all companies, partnerships and individuals the sale of used aluminum office partitions, white color, in the General Administration Building, Bab Ben Ghashir, next to the traffic light.
The inspection will be at the above-mentioned site during official working hours, starting from Saturday, corresponding to 4/13/2019, to Wednesday, 4/17/2019, according to the following conditions:
- The offer shall be submitted for the full and indivisible quantity, according to the form prepared by the committee, in a sealed envelope with red wax.
- A certified deed shall be attached to each bid in the name of Al Rahila Oil Services Company, with a value of (5,000 LYD) five thousand dinars as a seriousness of participation, and it is calculated as part of the amount in the event of the auction being awarded, and it shall be returned in the event of non-awarding.
- The envelopes shall be presented and opened in the presence of the auction participants at 12:00PM on Wednesday 17/4/2019 at the company’s operating location on Airport Road.
- The successful bidder is obligated to deposit the amount in the treasury of Al Rahila Oil Services Company and to bring a financial receipt stating that to the committee within a maximum period of five days from the date of the award announcement.
- The successful bidder is obligated to withdraw the mentioned materials within a week from the date of paying the full value at his own expense, and the company is not responsible for what may result from any delay in receipt.
- In the event that the successful bidder withdraws or is denied due to his non-compliance with the payment on the specified date, he shall not be entitled to claim the amount paid for the seriousness of participation, and the successor shall not be entitled to consider the award to have been signed on him except in the case of the approval of the Committee.
- The Committee has the right to accept, cancel or postpone the auction without giving reasons.
- In the event of a postponement or cancellation of the auction, the participants will be notified on the same day.
